Sports events on Kashmir day held

Pakistan Sports Board held exhibition
Football and Hockey matches at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad in
connection with the Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 5.

In
the Football competition Islamabad defeated AJK by 3-2.  Islamabad led
the first half by 1-0. Muhammad Akhtar Nawaz Ganjera, DDG (Tech), PSB
was the chief guest who gave away the prizes and trophies to the
winners.

In
Hockey event held at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Pakistan Sports
Complex Islamabad Colour outclassed Islamabad White 8-7 on sudden death
penalty stroke competition after 4-4 drew at the specified time.

At
interval Islamabad colour was leading 3-2. During the match both teams
exhibited excellent game. Muhammad Naseer and Muhammad Ashraf, Umpires
supervised the match. Ch.Salamat Ali, Director (NF), PSB graced the
occasion as Chief Guest.
