PTCL to introduce innovative service for customers

“We at PTCL deliver and aspire, to provide and improve communication for all by successfully marketing innovative products and services. In line with this aspiration, we will be introducing new, innovative and more exciting offers from October 1 for our landline subscribers,” he said while addressing PTCL employees. Dr Sadik further stated that customers and their needs are the focal point of every decision and action the company takes. “We do this by striving for excellence in understanding, anticipating and serving our customers through innovative offerings, affordable tariff, quality and convenience.” PTCL recently has launched products and services like Kehdo SMS, Voice messaging service, Phone n Net, Broadband and IPTV for its customers who like to experience new technologies and services. Through these products and services PTCL brings innovation to its landline subscribers.
PTCL’s value based tariffs focuses on providing landline subscribers amazing cost benefits. Recent packages include Pakistan Plus offering 2500 nationwide minutes for Rs 199 only, per month. International Plus offers international calls as low as 80 paisas per minute and local call offering of call charges @ 67 paisas per minutes. Through these products and services PTCL brings Affordability to its landline subscribers.
“In addition to our product offering, we at PTCL strive to bring quality and convenience to our landline subscribers by providing best quality voice, instant connectivity, 24X7 helpline, directory assistance, one call (0800-80800) for acquiring a new landline connection, Broadband and IPTV. We will also be replacing our limited time offers with packages offering more value for money,” he added.
“In this connection, our limited time free local call promotion allowing free local call between 11pm to 6am shall end at midnight Sep 30, 2008. This service was launched on July 01, 2008. This promotion will be replaced by a more attractive weekend promotion for our landline customers”.
The weekend promotion is another value addition to the PTCL landline which offers half rates on all local, nationwide and mobile calls made on Sundays. This promotion will be effective from October 5, 2008. PTCL is committed to and continues to strive to serve our customers better by creating value, he added.
