Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited free local calls from 11 pm to 6 am from today
Business Saturday, May 31st, 2008The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has decided that local calls within the PTCL fixed line network will be made free of charge from 11 pm to 6 am from Sunday (today), announced Dr Sadik Al-Jadir, SEVP (Commercial).
In response to customer feedback, PTCL will be increasing the value the company provides to its valued customers by giving them a seven-hour period everyday when all local calls within the PTCL network will be free.
PTCL is determined to enhance its relationship with its customers by transferring the benefits of technology and system improvements to them. The free calls every evening from 11 pm to 6 am are a part of the continuous endeavours to provide an ever-increasing value to the consumers.
In keeping with its customer-centric strategy, PTCL has also made a huge investment in the improvement of its communication network to allow customers to experience enhanced voice quality. The real beneficiaries of all PTCL policies are its valued customers.
