Pakistan President Musharraf hints to address Parliament

President Pervez Musharraf expressed these views while talking to Opposition Leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and a delegation of US Congressmen who called on him separately in Presidential Camp Office here on Monday.

Well-placed Sources told that during his meeting in Presidential Camp Office, Pervaiz Elahi suggested President Musharraf to address Parliament adding that it will be Government responsibility to maintain law and order in the House along with his Security in this regard.

He was of the view that it will make his position strong while President told him that he would certainly review on all these aspects.

On the other hand, while talking to a delegation of US Congressmen, President made it clear to them that no one will be allowed to play with the lives of innocent people.

He further said that time has come for the need of launching operation by Security Forces against extremists in FATA.

He urged US delegation to stop people of FATA to indulge in extremism by addressing their root cause of problems as adding fuel to fire will make things worse in the trouble hit areas in FATA.

Sources added that host of issues came under discussion during the meeting like war on terror and other bilateral issues in length.
