Kashmiris to get their land liberated
Local Sunday, January 27th, 2008The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has
said that observance of Indian Republic Day as Black Day, yesterday, by
Kashmiris was a reiteration of their firm resolve to get their land
liberated from Indian occupation at all costs.
Addressing separate public meetings at
Sopore and Rafiabad, APHC leaders Shaikh Abdul Aziz and Nayeem Ahmad
Khan, emphasized that unless India granted Kashmiris’ their birthright
of self-determination, it could not claim to be a democratic state.
They pledged that the mission of liberation martyrs would be taken to
its logical end despite heavy odds. The APHC leaders condemned heavy
security arrangements on Indian Republic Day in occupied Kashmir,
adding to the miseries of Kashmiris.
Meanwhile, a forceful protest demonstration was staged in Handwara
against the unprovoked arrests of innocent Kashmiris by Indian troops.
