India sheepishly admits local connection in Mumbai attacks

Even though the Bharati (aka Indian) press report is still covered in a lot of hocus pocus, the fact remains that the Bharati authorities have reluctantly been forced to admit the fact that there is a local connection to the Mumbai attacks.

They are now trying to minimize the local connection. They hurriedly buried the bodies of the other militants–lest an autopsy proved that they were Bharati national. The local connection was first admitted by Ratan Tata, the owner of the Taj Hotel who said the aliens could not know the detailed maps of the hotel–and someone just landing on the beach would not know that there were no metal detectors at the back of the hotel and would not know how to navigate to the top floor without security being alerted.

  • During the conversation, the controller used words like karenga – characteristic Mumbai usage for the phrase “will do” – as well as gathbandan, in place of the Urdu word, ittehad, for alliance, and prashasan, instead of intezamiya or hukumat, for government. The gaping holes in the official story are so big that a Mac truck can be driven through it. How could Ajmal Kasab read and write his confession in Marhatti–when he is supposedly a Punjabi from a small village in Pakistan. How could the militant traverse the distance from the seashore to the hotel carrying RPGs, machine guns and grenades without arousing any suspicion. How could a little dingy able to hoodwink the Bharati Coast Guards, the Indian Navy on the most heavily defended real estate on the planet? These and hundred of other questions place the official theory on the rocks.

Evidence is emerging that [...] controllers who guided the course of the November 2008 assault on Mumbai may have included at least one Indian national.

India: Why are Hindus violently assaulting Christians? Moin Ansari for the past several years has been discussing the Indian support for terrorists in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan. India has been playing with fire. Goyem: India support for Frankensteins will create blowback. It appears that the analysis of Moin Ansari was correct.

First some data points from the obsequiously triumphant, and complacently stipendiary Indian press. Then some questions and a brief analysis about the Mumbai terrorists. The Indian press has been sensationalizing the Mumbai terror. Other than the Murdock media, the world media is skeptical about the Indian media’s innuendo and sensational finger pointing at Pakistan. The Indian officials are now backing off from their knee jerk reaction on blaming Pakistan for any and all evil in India. Banglore Billet: Indian Muslims And The Media By Nigar Ataulla.

We are astounded over the nature of the evidence presented by the Indian investigators. In light of the supposed evidence, one is left with only possibilities; either the terrorists were downright nincompoops, or the Indian propagandists need a refresher course in concatenating evidence.

What kind of terrorists on a suicide-mission carries their national ID cards with them? They might as well have carried their birth certificates too. What kind of terrorists leaves behind evidence/supplies, like a bag of flour, that could be traced back to its origin? They must have been hardcore nationalists who consumed only Pakistani products.

What kind of terrorists on a suicide-mission carries toothpaste and shaving cream with them? They must have been hygiene conscious suicide terrorists! After all, who doesn’t wish to look well-groomed for his funeral?

What kind of terrorists stealthily sneak into India on a bright yellow rubber dinghy? Perhaps, they were safety conscious terrorists who didn’t want to be accidentally run over by a larger vessel. The 10 terrorists must have been dwarfs with novelty weapons and supplies. Because fitting 10 fully armed men and tons of supplies on a 10×4 ft rubber-dinghy is nothing short of mathematical improbability.

In fact, I am surprised they didn’t carry notarized confession letters with them. Even better, videos of in-advance confessions, taped in the presence of the Indian embassy officials in Islamabad! Adnan Gill, Los Angeles

The knee jerk reaction of the Indian media is to blame the neighbors. “Deccan Mujahideen” has never been heard of before and seems to be a made up name to malign Muslims–a favorite tactic of the Hinduvata extremists. India: Interaction of Hindus in power with Muslims.

Why is the Indian media so immature? Why does sensationalism override journalistic sanity? Why is breaking news the Deity on which truth and altruism is sacrificed on a daily basis? It is pedagogical to note the speed at which the fingers point towards Muslims in general and Bangladesh and Pakistan in particular. Hardly had the ink dried on the news story on the Samjhota Express when the fingers were pointed at Pakistan and Bangladesh. It turned out that the culprits who blew up a train going to Pakistan turned out to be members of the Indian Armed forces with links to the BJP, RSS, Mr. Advani and Mr. Modi.

More than 4,000 Indians have died in terrorist attacks – the country is the second biggest victim of terror after Iraq and virtually every one of its big cities has faced a terrorist attack. Yet the government has no centralised terrorist database, its intelligence is abysmal and there is little evidence that the state knows who it is fighting.

In dragging its feet, the Indian state does nobody a greater disservice than Indian Muslims. When there are no real suspects, arrests or trials, everyone becomes a suspect. Already an underclass, with low literacy rates, low incomes and poor representation in government jobs, Indian Muslims are increasingly alienated. There is also great pressure on them.

Nobody wants to listen to genuine grievances about poverty, illiteracy and unemployment in the face of a real threat to the country. Many Hindus want Muslims to come clean on the issue of the jihad and to make clear whose side they’re on.
