It is not that am not sympathetic to your plight – but i am also sympathetic to my countrymen that have been deceived and further placed in an awkward position where it is made extremely difficult to refuse to obey illegal orders – just as there are Israeli conscientious objectors that have been persecuted even imprisoned for speaking out for their Palestinian cousins.
I own up that I was not there – and I do not disown our nation’s culpability for the crimes that have happened. But is not the greater crime on those that have spoken treasonous LIES habitually – without remorse or contrition? Those that cowardly order drone air strikes without fear of being hit? Have we not ALL been deceived? Even so- I suggest the possibility that when they were shot down they were confused & disoriented – firing out of blind fear. It still does not make it right. If we had the open & honest system we delude ourselves into thinking we have- Dr. Ron Paul would be president – we would have an orderly withdrawal from most of our American Empire outposts – and better still – in a reasonable time frame – in the context of due process – we would have public hangings for the bastards that betrayed us.
I relate strongly to Thomas Jefferson when he said: “I tremble for my nation when I ponder that God is just- and that His justice cannot sleep forever”
